Our Lady of Medugorje

This lovingly crafted wooden figure of the Our Lady of Medjugorje originates from the traditional Val Gardena region in South Tyrol. She commemorates the Marian apparitions to several young people in the Bosnian pilgrimage site since 1981. With her calm expression and blessing gesture, the Madonna of Medjugorje invites inner reflection and prayer.

Mary appears as the "Queen of Peace" and conveys messages calling for prayer, conversion, fasting, penance, and peace.
